App Builder

My experience building an app is kind of difficult. I didnt fully understand how we're suppose to develop this app builder. I'm just starting to get the hang of it. I want to be able to build an app that allows me to play video games and chat with others. One way you can use an app builder for school purposes is if you had an app that could allow you to have tips and tell you what you need to study in that particular lesson.
